This course has been developed by Zouk Babe Director Christina Montoya and is designed to take your follower technique up a notch!

Please Note: This course is INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

I have decided to offer this course at the intermediate level to give more advanced follower's the chance to have an active learning environment designed just for them.

​

Intermediate level for this course is defined as...

​

Understanding of, and comfort with, fundamental Brazilian Zouk steps, patterns, body movements, and head movements where the following skills were learned in a progressive classroom environment:

​

-Basic step (on the spot and linear), Lateral, Reverse Lateral, S, Apertura, Lunge, Simple Turn, Soltinho, Bonus (L/R), Io-io 

​

-Body waves front & back (upper body active & lower body active), side body waves (upper body active & lower body active), circular chest and hip isolations, linear chest and hip isolations

​

-Head movement on the spot (circular & linear variations)

​
